[Music]everyone innovation so I know that a lotof people have been making overquarantine we’ve been making a lot ofcookies specifically no bigs and theAudis question is the obvious questionis can you take a no-bake and make itbetteryes we can so if you stick all the wayto the end of this video we’ll show youour secret to make delicious no bigslet’s get into it one using theingredients that you’re gonna needyou’re gonna need some butter so thePotala some sugar some cocoa powder somemilk and some oats we’ll get into allthe exact measurements as we add themokay so we have four ingredients that weneed to add to a pot and then bring themto a boil I’m going to add them beforewe put it on like the heat so the firstthing you’re gonna add is two cups ofsugar there we go then you’re gonna addone cup of milkthen one cup of cocoa this is where ourrecipe is different for most most wouldbe half a cup or eight tablespoons andwe’re adding a lot more of cocoa andthis is a heaping cup so that thisreally enriches the flavor and makes thedough bakes really delicious and now onecup of butter or two sticks[Music]now we’re going to put this on somemedium height so that would be a bitmore than halfway almost all the way sothis is what it looks like before we mixit so I’m gonna start mixing it and thisshould get to a rolling boil so thatmeans it’s boiling a lot so I’m justgonna keep mixing this and check back inafter that okay guys so a carefulreminder is to make sure you keepstirring this because if you stopstirring it can scorch really easily andyour Novak’s will be ruined so make sureyou just keep stirring this[Music]okay so this is a rolling boil or thisis what I meant at the beginning when Isaid bubbling up quite a lot you’regonna have this for one minute so I’mgonna start a timer right nowkeep stirring now that we just got thatoff of the heat we’re going to add twoteaspoons of vanilla always add vanillaover your whatever you’re making becauseyou don’t want to waste anythere we go now I’m going to add fivecups of oatmeal[Music]now we’re gonna start you want to addenough oatmeal that when they when youscoop them onto a panthey will stay together so you may needto add five five and a half but you alsodon’t want them to be dry so it’s kindof a balance so I’m gonna mix them andsee if mine have the right consistency Iwould say these are about the rightconsistency so once you’ve got these allmixed together make sure they’re mixedtogether pretty well you’re gonna get ascooper and put them on to a pan so I’mgonna do that right nowso I’m gonna do a sample scoop to see ifI need to add any more and see if itsticks together or not so yeah thatseems about rightso see how it’s not falling apart it’sjust sticking throughout together justright also I am using a cookie scoop butyou can use any spoon or something thatwould just get the job done I have thisand it works wellnow for my favorite part the taste testbut before we do that I do want to saysome people like these cookies warm butyou’re traditionally supposed to putthem in the refrigerator you don’t haveto do that but shout out to mrs.Tannenbaum who suggested to us that weshould put them in the freezer they’realso really good that way so let’s givethem a try these ones are a little bitwarm once I’m trying cookies thatreminds me of a joke what kind of cookiemakes you rich what a fortune cookie ohthese cookies are so delicious if youenjoyed this video hit the like buttondown below ready to comment on what Ishould do next thanks for watching bye
