Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
60ml vegetable oil or 60g melted butter
150g brown sugar
1 egg
200g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
125g peanut butter
1-2 tbsp water
Prep & Baking Guidance
1. Mix flour, baking powder and sugar together
2. Beat egg and add to the flour mix
3. Add oil or butter
4. Add peanut butter and mix everything with a spoon
5. Add peanut butter and combine all
6. Pour the tablespoons of water And work the dough using your hand
7. Make small balls around 2 cm diameter each
8. In a baking tray put the balls and flat them with a fork leaving 2 cms of separation between each
9. Bake at 170*C for 10-12 cm until golden
10. Let it cool down and enjoy!
11. Add onion and red pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes further
12. Sprinkle some chop parsley
13. Delicious with black beans, feta cheese, lettuce and avocado over a soft tortillas. Enjoy!
