How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Proatmeal Cookies!!!

These are very cheap cookies to make (approximately $3 to make a batch), are high in protein and fiber, and very low in added sugar. Macronutrients will vary depending on the ingredients you choose, but with my ingredient choices and dividing into 10 cookies, they will have approximately 13 g of protein and 170 calories per cookie.

Here’s my recipe.
-2 cups of quick oats
-125 grams of chocolate protein powder
-6 tbsp peanut butter
-6 oz. Almond Milk ( You can also use regular milk or water)
-1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
-2 tsp vanilla (optional)
