RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Cup Pecans (Chopped Fine)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoon Flour
1 Egg (Slightly Beaten)
1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter, chop pecan. Mix all your ingredients together and place teaspoon size spoonful on parchment paper 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart and bake 325 degree for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool completely before removing cookies from pan.
