How to make Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Quick 30 minute cookies filled with chocolate and nuts which can be customised as desired. For even more gooey cookies, you can bake for 10 minutes instead of 11 minutes mentioned in the video.

Ingredients:
– 120g Unsalted butter
– 180g Brown sugar
– 270g Cake flour (250g Plain flour + 20g Cornflour)
– 200g Chopped chocolate / nuts
– 1 Tsp Baking Powder
– 1 Whole egg
– 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt
Optional: Cinnamon

Method:
1) Preheat oven to 160 degrees (I have a Fan oven).
2) Whisk softened butter with Brown sugar. Then add Egg and Vanilla extract. Whisk again.
3) Sieve in the Cake flour and Baking powder. Pinch of salt. Whisk again.
4) Add in the Chocolate/Nuts and combine.
5) Scoop out some dough and make a ball. Press the ball of cookie dough on the baking tray.
6) Bake for 11 minutes.
