How to make cranburry Almond cookies||Easy cookies||homemade cookies

Healthy and Irresistibly Tasty Cookies, Great way to include Oats in your daily breakfast!

No Eggs, No Butter, No Maida Cookies!!

With the goodness of Whole Wheat n Oats, these cookies are that perfect treat for your little ones! Almonds, Cranberries, Flaxseeds… with the natural sweetness of coconut oil.. I bet you can’t stop at just one!

Easy n fun way to include the Flaxseeds, Oats and Almonds in your everyday diet! Makes a Great Breakfast!

Dry Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour 1 Cup
Oats Flour 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder 1 Tea Spoon
Baking Soda 1/2 Tea Spoon

Mix the above and keep it aside.

Wet Ingredients:

Coconut Oil 1/2 Cup
2 Table Spoons of Flaxseeds with 8-10 Table Spoons of plain water
1 Tea Spoon of Vanilla essence

Mix in:
Rolled Oats 1/2 Cup
Dried Cranberries 1/2 Cup
Almond Slices 1/4 Cup

Note:
This measurement makes around 14 Cookies.

Fold in everything and bake!

15-20 minutes in a preheated oven of
350° F
Or
30-35 minutes in a preheated oven of
180° C

Hardest part is waiting….. while it cools down!
