HOW TO MAKE COOKIES | BAKERY STYLE WITH COSTING
A cookie is a small sweet, crispy or cake like pastry often made with flour, sugar and some type of oil.
INGREDIENTS;
•1.5 kl – Bread Flour
•750 g – Sugar
•10 ml – Vanilla
•2 pcs. – Egg
•3 tbsp – Baking Powder
•1 tsp – Salt
•50 g – Margarine
•150 g – Lard
•1/2 tsp – Yellow color
•300 ml – Water
Bake at 180°C for 30 – 35 mins
