How to make Chocolate Krinkle Cookies! – Easy for Beginners! | Cook With Me #1

Ingredients:
– 4 tbsp Canola oil
– 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
– 2 Whole eggs
– 1 cup All-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Baking powder
– 1 tsp Vanilla extract
– 2/3 cup Icing/powdered sugar for rolling
– Extra 2/3 cup Granulated sugar for rolling

Directions:

1. With a hand mixer, beat oil and sugar in a medium bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flower, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Add 1 egg at a time to the sugar and oil mixture and mix on low speed.
4. Add vanilla to the sugar and oil mixture and mix on low speed until combined.
5. Fold in the flower mix in 3 batches and fold until combined.
6. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Form equal balls with the dough (as many as you wish). Roll each ball in granulated sugar, AND THEN powdered sugar. Place balls on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, at least 1 inch apart.
8. Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees Farenheit.
9. Remove and let cool completely before eating.
10. Enjoy!

– Measuring spoons
– Measuring cups
– 2x Medium bowls
– Hand mixer
– Rubber spatula
– Sheet pan(s) lined with parchment paper (Depending on quantity of cookies)
