4 ingredient chewy oatmeal cookies! With just 4 ingredients, you can’t go wrong with this easy vegan twist on a classic cookie. This simple vegan oatmeal cookie recipe is perfect for weekday baking when you do not want to be in the kitchen for ages but still want a yummy and delicious treat.
Chewy Oatmeal Cookies with just 4 Ingredients
– 1 cup of rolled oats
– 1/4 cup of raisins
– 1/4 cup of flour
– 1/2 cup of maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 350F (200C).
Combine everything except for the raisins in a food processor.
Process till well combined.
Stir in the raisins.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop the batter onto the pan 1 tablespoon at a time. Do not crowd them as they will spread while baking.
Bake for 15 mins at 350F.
Let them cool for about 10 minutes before removing from the pan and enjoying!

today I’m going to show you how to make
oatmeal cookies and they only require
four ingredients so what you’ll need is
one cup of oats 1/4 a cup of raisins 1/4
cup of flour and 1/2 a cup of maple
syrup make sure to preheat your oven
mine’s at 200 C I think that’s about 350
Fahrenheit then you get your blender
pour in the Botes the flour and the
maple syrup that make all the serve
looks so good then what you do is you
simply blend it once you’ve blended it
become a little bit gooey bit like as
you can see here

and then pour your mix into a bowl and
then add in the raisins then you just
simply mix it together so there’s a good
consistency throughout after that you
get a baking tray with some creole oil
dough or buttered foil then you start
spooning your mix onto the baking tray

once you’ve managed to fill up the space
with evenly sized cookies put that in
the oven for about 10 minutes and it
should come out looking like this it’s a
nice golden brown there you have it if
