Healthy Oats Cookies Recipe
This is the perfect recipe for healthy oatmeal cookies. It takes less time to cook and gives you enough nutrients and keeps you healthier throughout the day. In this recipe we have used wheat flour along with the rolled oats. I am sharing here an easiest recipe of healthy oats cookies.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 1cup
Dry roasted grinded Oats – 1cup
Dry roasted oats – 1/2 cup
Brown sugar – 2&1/2tbsp
Chia seeds – 1&1/2tbsp
Peanut butter – 2tbsp
Pinch of salt
Baking powder – 1tsp
Baking soda – 1/2tsp
Coconut oil – 1tbsp
Take a mixing bowl. Add peanut butter, brown sugar, mix it well and make a smooth paste. Now, add powdered roasted (2 minutes dry roasted in a pan) oats, wheat flour, coconut oil and mix it. Now add chia seeds, dry roasted oats. Add pinch of salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix it. You can add few drops of coconut oil to adjust the consistency. Now batter is ready.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180°. Grease the baking tray with oil. Apply few drops of oil on palm and take 1&1/2tbsp mixture and make a round ball and place it above the baking tray and press it gently. Prepare all the cookies in same way. Now place the baking tray inside the oven and bake the cookies at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
Take out the cookies when done, let it cool. Enjoy the cookies either with a glass of milk or a cup of tea/coffee. You can also store it in a air tight container for longer periods. Enjoy the recipe 😋
