Egg-less Chocolate Cookies without Oven
Ingredients Required
1. Maida – 1.25 cup(200gm)
2. Baking powder – 1/2 Tsp
3. Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup(15gm)
4. Powdered Sugar – 1 cup(100gm)
5. Butter – 100gm, Room Temperature
6. Vanilla essence – 1 Tsp
Steps to make delicious Chocolate Cookies
1. Add butter, powdered sugar, vanilla essence into a bowl and mix well using a spatula. Once it is mixed well, beat it using a beater until the mixture turns whitish.
2. Sieve maida, cocoa powder and baking powder(make sure that there are no lumps in it) and add it into the butter mixture.
3. Mix everything well. If the dough is too dry, add 2 Tbsp of cold milk and mix well.
4. Preheat the homemade oven for 10 minutes(check this video for how to make homemade oven).
5. Now brush the baking pan used to make the cookies with a little bit of butter.
6. Make a small ball from the cookie dough and flatten it a little bit as in the video.
7. Place the cookies in the baking pan and place it in the homemade oven.
8. Bake it for about 25 minutes.
9. Now our delicious chocolate cookies are ready to serve.
