Edible cookie dough recipe | How to make edible cookie dough |

INGREDIENTS
All-purpose flour (Maida) – 2 cups / 300gm
Butter – Unsalted – softened – 3/4th cup
Sugar powder – 1 cup / 150 gm
Salt – 1 tsp
Milk – room temperature – 2 tbsp + 4 tbsp (as required)
Choco chips – 100 gm (as required)
METHOD
1. Spread all purpose flour on a baking tray.
2. Bake at 150 degree Celsius for 5 to 6 mins.
3. Keep watching as flour tends to burn quickly.
4. Add butter + sugar powder + salt into a stand mixer / mixing bowl.
5. Blend until well combined (you can even mix it using a spoon).
6. Now add 2 tbsp milk & again mix well.
7. Slowly add in toasted flour batch by batch & keep mixing.
8. If the dough is dry, add more milk spoon by spoon according to consistency.
9. It should be a soft dough.
10. Now add the Choco chips – Mix gently.
11. Ready to eat.
