Turkey Brine:

Cranberry Jelly:
(I’m mostly estimating here, because I didn’t follow an actual recipe)
12 oz fresh cranberries
1/2 C 100% cranberry juice
1/2 C orange juice
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground all spice
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and cook on medium heat until nearly all the cranberries pop.
Green bean casserole:

Peanut butter cookies:
(I doubled this recipe)
1/2 C butter
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 C sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Sift together remaining dry ingredients, and blend into creamed mixture. Shape in one inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place two inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Criss-cross with fork tines, and bake on 375 F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove from pan. Makes four dozen.
