Today I am going to share how to make caramel pudding.
Making Caramel
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– put in hot sauce pan
– shake it until spreading on the whole pan
– let it burn not too burn though 😆 to keep it sweet
– switch of the stove and better wait a minute letting a bit cooler as it is so hot, a bit dangerous.
– pour a bit of water and switch on the stove
Pudding recipe
1 pack of Agar-agar powder (7gr)
300 ml water (we use it to dissolve caramel)
500 ml milk
4-5 tablespoons sugar (as you like)
Tips
Dissolve agar-agar powder in cold water
Keep stirring
Do not boiled too long, switch off right upon boiling
If you use plastic container wait until a bit cooler
