70g sugar powder (1/2 cup)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp heavy cream
125g all purpose flour (1 cup)
2 tbsp corn starch
Nozzle and piping bag
Baking tray
Baking time (170c 15-18 mins)
