[Music]bismillah r-rahman r-rahimassalamualaikum everyone this is what isa baker so what we’re gonna bake todaytoday we’ll be learning how to makespritz cookies spritz is technically agerman word and there are a number ofnames called for these spritz cookiessome people prefer calling them Swedishbutter cookies some people call thempressed cookies why pressed cookiesbecause we don’t really use a cookiepress to press the cookies on top of thetraywell if you don’t have a cookie pressjust like me you don’t have to press theToki’s I prefer using the piping bag andpipe variety of shapes on a tray thereis no right or wrong shape just use yourimagination and whichever shape worksout for you and you can decorate thesecookies just the way you want it’s likemore like a fun baking for these cookiesyou can strike on some do some sprinkleson top of the cookie just before bakingor you can dip them in a chocolate ifyou will search this way this recipe orspritz cookies online yeahrecipes but I prefer I have my two majorchanges in them number one is thatinstead of using white granulated sugarI prefer using person sugar number twoinstead of using more liquid eggs or eggyolks I prefer using egg whites so whatkind of ingredients are we looking forwe’ll be looking for one cup of butterwhich is approximate 225 gramswe’ll be looking for icing sugar alittle less than a cup which isapproximate by 3 grams we’ll be lookingfor salt which is 3 grams 1/2 teaspoonwe’ll be looking for vanilla 3 grams oneteaspoon a little bit of lemon zest eggwhites which is 30 grams little lessthan of one third of a cup and finallyabout flour the main ingredient whichwe’ll be using two cups approximately240 grams so let’s get started okay sowe will be using our paddle attachmentand we’ll start creaming by our butterand icing sugar we want to cream it tillwe see it’s like nice and creamymake sure your icing sugar is sifted sothere are no lumps and it creamsproperly so at this stage we can stopour bowl and we can see like it’s allsticking on the sides so we can scrapeover both from the side so everything isall mixed together so at this stage wecan add our vanilla add vanilla essencewe can add salt and lemon zest now wecan start framing again till when wegonna mix it like for a few minutes tillit’s a nice light andlet’s scrape our poll again but closelywe can gradually add our egg whites now[Music]we can add our flour make sure you donot over mix it we just gonna mix ittill at the everything is combinedtogether see it’s all coming together sowe’re gonna mix it till we have a nicedoughthere you go that’s more than enoughtake everything off give it a nice mixokay I have my cookie with the cookiedough in the piping bag you will think Istarted and we are gonna fight likevariety of shapes we’re gonna startpiping some shells just wipe it likethis here you go so if you do it bothsides you can make like a nice hardshapeor we can do some rosettes as well forrosettes you can always put some redcherries right on top just like this yepso that’s how it looks and it’s ready togo in the oven we’re gonna bake it at350 degrees okay guysthese are spritz cookies which werebaked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes andnow is the fun part which is decoratingthese cookies and I will highly suggestyou guys to involve your kids whileyou’re making these cookies let themdecorate the way they want so let’s dosome together so what’s what we’re gonnado is I have melted chocolate right infront of me and the way we can takethese shells it’s a nothing is right orwrong like whatever way you wanted towait that’s perfectly all right so I canjust dip them a little bit half in thereas well and just leave it on the trayand let it settle down let’s takeanother oneif you want to dip the whole cookie inthere is that that’s perfectly alrightas well so these are some will take thehard shape which is right this one wecan dip it just like this let it cooldown a little bit if you want you candip the whole thing right in here likethis[Music]so these are shells and hardship what wecan do is 40 rosettes we can do it theother way I have some chocolate in thispiping bag as well and we can justdrizzle a little bit right on topwe can just finished a little bit moreif you want you can note a whitechocolate as well and drizzle right ontop of these as well it’s it’s entirelyup to you the way ever whichever wayworks out for you so these are ourspritz cookies we just decorated themand we dip them in chocolate or drizzlesome chocolate right on top of that okayguys so these were beautiful crispyspritz cookies red light sweet butteryflavor you’ll find this recipe at homeand share your feedback or if you haveany questions do not hesitate to writein comments and I will try my best toanswer all your questions as soon aspossibleI will be back again with a new recipenew product until then stay safe stayhealthy and stay home thank you so much[Music]
