This video is for all of my friends who are chocolate chip cookie lovers. For years I’ve dreamed of eating a giant cookie (a.k.a. a cookie cake). Not only is this recipe super tasty, it’s also very easy to make and requires NO baking equipment (e.g. stand-up mixer). I picked up some cookie butter from Trader Joe’s in the U.S. a few months ago and thought why not put this delicious spread to good use?! You’ll only have to bake along with this video once… maybe twice, and you’ll remember it by heart for next time.
