White Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft, delicious cookies filled with sweet white chocolate chips.
ingredients
1-all purpose- one and half cup
2-baking soda- 1 spoon
3-salt- pinch
4-butter, softened- half cup
5-white granulated sugar- 3 tbsp
6-brown sugar- 1/2 cup
7-vanilla extract- one tbsp
8-eggs- large one
9-white chocolate chips-3/4 cup
10-corn flour 1 tbsp
Method
In smaller bowl, mix flour, baking soda ,salt and corn flour..Set aside.
In a larger bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar,soft butter and eggs until completely combined. Add the vanilla. Mix well and then add the flour mixture.
Stir in the white chocolate chips.
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a scoop, and ball it with your hand. and 10 minutes keep it in your fridge ..and
Bake in 200 degree 12 to 14 minutes.
Leave them on the tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
