パン 材料: パン(2人分) 小麦粉 400g 塩 大さじ1杯 ぬるめの水 250ml オプション材料: 例 バジル、ガーリック、オレンジの皮、チョコ、チーズ等 作り方: 小麦粉と塩をボウルに入れます。 熱めよりのぬるめの水にドライイーストを入れて泡が出るまで10分待ちます。 塩と小麦粉を混ぜる。 溶けたドライイーストを少しずつ入れながら小麦粉を混ぜる。 生地を捏ねる。(このタイミングまででオプション材料を入れる) 捏ね方は生地を折ってから押すの繰り返し。 生地が手にくっつかない程度になるまで捏ねる。 生地を太い蛇のように転がした後真ん中から切る。好きなサイズに切る。 マウスなように手首が常にテーブルに触れながら生地を転がして丸くする。 ※丸くした後好きな形にしても良い。 好きな形ができたらふくらんでもくっつかないぐらいに離れかして、生地に布を被して温かいところに置く。生地が膨らむまで1〜2時間待つ。 トレイまたはフライパンに油か小麦粉を引く。 オーブンかフライパンで焼く。フライパンの場合は弱火で5分ぐらい パンを叩いて空っぽの音がしたら中まで焼いてることになる。 完成！ ※オーブンに入れる場合。生卵を割って混ぜて生地に塗ると綺麗な金色が付く。もしくは砂糖水を塗ると綺麗な茶色になる Original of the video here Pancakes Recipes Waffles Recipes Pies Recipes Cookies Recipes Bread Recipes Back to home page
