VLOG3 Healthy way to cook instant noodles|No-knead bread| Kids simple lunch preparation

Instant noodles is not always bad. It’s ok if you are really busy sometimes and don’t know what to eat, it is always a good choice to have instant noodles instantly 🙂 however, I would say try to put loads of vegetables if you can and cook an egg the same time with the noodles or even you can add a bit meat or seafood or tofu, you can be creative with instant noodles. Swap the seasoning pack into simply salt and pepper. It becomes a very healthy version of instant noodles.

By the way, the No-knead bread is a must try. I got this recipe from one of my friend, since my bread machine is broken, I used this recipe to make loaf and even hamburger buns. It’s hassle free and my boy just loves it.
