Hello,Purchased this item several months ago. We have largely been satisfied with this product and have made many loaves of bread. During the past several months, however, we have run into two issues while using this machine.
The first problem that we had was a broken seed/nut dispenser that occurred within approximately a month of purchase.
That issue was easily resolved, we reached out to customer service and got the problem taken care of quickly and with little hassle.Several months passed and we experienced no additional issues.
We were making bread frequently and successfully with no concerns. Recently, within the past several weeks we began having issues with what appears to be material residue wiping off the exterior/outside of the bread pan.
This has happened after the bread pan has been cycled through the dishwasher. Both the bread pan and the kneading blade are described on page 9 under the “Cleaning and Maintenance” section of the owners manual as being “dishwasher safe components”.
The only thing that has changed for us that I can think of is that we changed from using a Kroger “home sense” brand of dish detergent pacs to the cascade original dish detergent pacs and this appears to possibly be linked to when our most recent troubles began.
We have reached out once again to customer service and are in the midst of getting this issue resolved. I may post a follow up to this review when this is finally settled.

Got my breadmaker this week and love the gluten free bread setting. Its easy and I would suggest like I did, buying 125 Best Gluten-Free Bread Machine Recipes, stock up on a variety of GF flours and once again enjoy fresh baked bread.
I was tired of tasteless, store bought vegan bread and using this machine has made me so happy. Thank you Rosewill & Donna & Heather (authors)!
Love the machine and have made numerous loaves of bread since purchasing. Only thing was that the measuring cup that came with it was cracked all the way through from top to bottom but that doesn’t really matter since the major parts work!
This breadmaker works great and its super easy to use! My family and I were not big bread eaters before purchasing this breadmaker, however I think thats about to change.
With just a few simple ingredients most of us have around the house, with the exception of the yeast which is very easy to purchase at any grocery store, you can bake yourself a fresh loaf of bread anytime you want.
The bread that comes out is thick/dense like the loaf of bread you would find at a fresh bakery and tastes absolutely delicious – youll never want to eat grocery store bought bread again .
The machine is quite compact and lightweight – see comparison photo next to the stand mixer, it actually is slightly smaller. Its very quiet while kneading the dough inside and has a built in timer to remind you when its done .
There is a peek through window on the top so you can watch whats happening inside – I enjoyed watching it as much as my daughter did. The instruction manual comes with several recipes for beginners/ first time breadmakers which makes it easy to get started.
