I do not use my Lodge 14-inch cast iron wok for stir-fry as often as I use my other woks, mainly due to its weight, making it difficult to move when I need to cook multiple dishes with cleaning in between. However, I love this wok and will never give it up. Therefore, I constantly look for ways to use this wok. Baking bread is an ideal use of this wok due to its powerful heat retaining capacity and even heat distribution. In this video, I baked a loaf of rosemary bread using my basic bread baking template. This template is simple, quick, and versatile, as I can bake many different kinds of bread by changing the added ingredients. For example, I could change rosemary to basil bread by making a simple substitution. My first and foremost goal is to make home cooking efficient and fun. I believe that once you start to enjoy home cooking, you will find ways to make home cooking healthier and improve your eating habits.
