hi my name is Samantha and today weβre
going to bake peanut butter protein
banana bread this banana bread is the
perfect recipe to try out because not
only it is super simple and easy but
itβs also very healthy and itβs very
delicious
it only has about 80 calories per
serving so letβs get started first weβre
gonna start with three bananas weβre
gonna place my Nanaβs into a mixing bowl
and mash until we have a finding like
consistency Iβm using a fork but you can
use a mixer if you want itβs up to you
okay that is nicely meshed together so
weβre gonna add the rest of our wet
ingredients into the bowl first weβre
gonna add two large egg whites then we
are going with 100 grams of fat-free
yogurt and then weβre going to add 50
grams of peanut butter alright
once the wet ingredients are in we are
going to mix them together okay first
ingredient weβre going to go ahead and
put in is 200 grams of oat flour then we
are going with 60 grams of protein
powder Iβm using a chocolate but you can
use vanilla or you can use banana and
then weβre gonna go with around 2
tablespoons of sweetener and lastly
weβre adding 1 teaspoon of baking powder
and the last time weβre going to mix all
ingredients together now weβre going to
pour the mixed ingredients into a baking
mold but before weβre putting it into
the mold we have to spray it with the
oil ok now weβre going to put it into
the preheated oven and bake it for
around 30 or 40 minutes as you can see
it has extended perfectly before I took
it out of the mold and let it go for
around 20 minutes now we have to cut it
into 8 pieces okay now itβs that time to
