*No Talk / No Music* Condensed Milk Pandesal (Cooking Sounds)
Hi lovelies~! Here’s another pandesal recipe idea for y’all to try at home! I got this idea because I’ve been seeing Condensed Milk Cake trending for the past few months and I recently saw someone make dinner rolls with condensed milk and since the ube pandesal craze isn’t letting up soon I thought I might as well do another pandesal recipe 😀 This Condensed Milk Pandesal recipe is really soft and fluffy. It’s not that sweet but it does remind me of milk bread. I hope y’all give this one a try!
How to Make Soft and Fluffy Filipino Condensed Milk Bread Rolls
Preheated Oven:185°C (370°F)
Baking Time: 15 minutes
Makes 9-12 pcs. of pandesals
~English~
INGREDIENTS:
420 g (3 1/2 cups) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 g (1/2 tsp) SALT
5 g (1 1/2 tsp) INSTANT DRY YEAST
1 large EGG, BEATEN
55 g (1/4 cup) BUTTER, MELTED
118 ml (1/2 cup) MILK, LUKEWARM; 34°-38°C (93°-100°F)
5 ml (1 tsp) VANILLA EXTRACT, OPTIONAL
150 g (1/2 cup) CONDENSED MILK, SWEETENED
15 ml (1 tbsp) VEGETABLE OIL
60 g (1/2 cup) BREAD CRUMBS
1st Rise: 1 – 2 hours
Final Rise: 30 minutes
Best served warm. Enjoy!
