Milk Bread recipe anyone can bake| তুলতুলে পাউরুটির সহজ রেসিপি| Milk bread recipe by Livelicious

After studying online so much about breads now I feel like I can bake bread and buns easily at home. So this was my first try on milk bread which came out successful AlHumdulillah! It was so soft that melted into my mouth in no time. I hope you will try this at home following the recipe given below and share your valuable feedback with me through comments below.

Here is what you will need:

Ingredients for activation of yeast:
-Luke warm Milk 180 ml
-Sugar (brown or white) 2 tablespoons
-Active dry yeast/ Instant dry yeast 1.5 teaspoon

mix everything well and live it covering well in a warm place for 10-15 minutes or until you see foamy surface on milk mixture. If you see foam on top then it means the yeast has activated.

Ingredients for dough:

-Bread flour or wheat flour or all purpose flour 250gm
-Salt 1 tsp
-Milk, sugar and yeast mixture
-Butter or oil 2 tablespoons
-flour for dusting over dough 2-3 tsp

-Baking pot size 20cm × 8.5 cm × 10.5 cm

First mix flour and salt well then add yeast mixture and mix everything well. when all the ingredients are well combined mix butter little at a time and knead well. after mixing butter knead the dough on counter top with both your hands for 5-7 minutes. when the dough springs back after poking, it means the dough is ready for it’s first proofing. For that take a bowl and brush it with oil or butter then place the dough into the bowl brushing little bit oil on top of the dough to avoid stickiness. now cover and keep it in a warm place until it becomes double in size.
Once the dough becomes double in size punch it and let the air release. then again knead the dough for another 5-7 minutes to get a fuffiness. After kneading flat it with a rolling pin dusting some flour on counter top. Give it a rectangular shape and roll it as shown on video. Now place it into a baking pot which I already brushed with oil.
Again cover it well and keep it in a warm place for second proofing. When It’s double in size bake it in the oven at 180°C on upper and lower rod mode for 20-25 minutes.
When It’s baked take it out from the oven and demold it immediately from the pot and let it cool down completely placing on a cooling rack. Then cut slices and enjoy!
