It’s important to know how to make bread… why I hear you ask? Because it’s delicious and takes up a good amount of time while in isolation.

Bread, White or Wholemeal.
500Grams Flour – or half white and wholemeal.
1 1/2 Teaspoons Bread Improver
1 Tablespoon Gluten Flour
3/4 Tablespoon Dry Yeast
1 1/12 Cups of Water (quite warm)
1 Teaspoon Salt
METHOD:
Mix all together on low setting in mixer for 2 minutes using dough hook
Leave to rise in the bowl until its doubled in size
Knead for 10 mins
Bake in oven for 400f or 200oc for approx 35 mins, until golden brown.
Sounds hollow when knocked.
4 times the recipe makes 3 tins.
Not so much water if white flour. eg 1 1/4 cups.
