If you are interested in trying out a new bread recipe, here is our delicious recipe we followed in this video!

2 cups white bread flour
(stone ground is great if you have!)
+ more for kneading, about a half a cup
2 cups water (room temperature)
10g yeast
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
In a large mixing bowl,
mix the flour, yeast and water till smooth.
(Dough should be runny)
Add yeast, olive oil and salt.
Cover with a damp tea towel
Leave to rise for 2 hours ( in a warm place)
In an oven tray, place a sheet of baking paper. Sprinkle with flour.
Heat oven to 220 degrees celsius
Pour dough onto floured surface folding the edges over (about 12 times)
Bake till golden ( + — 30 minutes)
