4 cup of maids or wheat (500 gram)
1 pack of yeast (7 grams)
34 milk (180 ml)
1/2 cup of water (125 ml)
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
4 tbsp butter (55 grams)
Activate yeast :
Activate yeast is a very important step in making bread. Add sugar to Luke warm milk (105 F -110 F) (42-43 C) then add yeast to it and mix it well and let sit for 5 minutes.
