Hi everyone. Today we’ll make a homemade bread. We can easily make our own bread at home using the ingredients we want. I’ll do it with chia seeds today.It’ll be very easy without kneading dough. Let’s see what we need…600 gr flour, 2 tea spoons yeast, 2 tea spoons salt, 2 table spoons chia seedAnd of course 300ml warm water. It’s very important that the water is warm.We should pour the water slowly.We mix it with a spatula And cover itWe rest the dough at room temperature for at least 3 hours.Generally I prepare the dough before going to bed at night and turn it on in the morning:) We pour some flour on the counterWe simply roll out the dough in our hands and we shape the dough by folding it in itself.We put the dough into the tray where we lay out baking paperand make a cut with a knife.We cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. If we have a time this will be good for bread.In the meantime, we heat our oven at 425FWe add hot water with another baking tray or e.t.c. inside the oven.We do this to keep the bread moist.We bake between 45 or 50 minutes.When the bread comes out of the oven, we take it out on a wire rack and let it rest before cut.Our crispy homemade bread is ready:)Enjoy!!!
