Dinner roll
INGRIDIENTS;
1 1/8 c bread flour
1/8 bar butter(soften)
1/4c water
3 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp yeast
¼ c beaten egg
1/8 c tsp iodize salt
egg wash (egg yolk+2tbsp water)
PROCEDURE
1.In a large mixing bowl, combined the first five ingredients (yeast, salt, bread flour, white sugar, and butter. Mix well
2. Rub the dry ingredients with your hands, until all ingredients were distributed equally.
3. Beat egg and combined to the water.
4. Pour liquid to the dry ingredients and mix very well. Knead for 30 minutes.
5. When the dough is already smooth, Blisters are showing.
6. Form a ball and spread lard in the surface, Rest for 20-25 minutes or until it doubled in size.
7. Punch dough and weigh into desired sizes.
8. Flatten the weighed dough, make it long and make a log.
9. Cut dough in desired sizes and arrange in baking sheets. Rest for 15-20 minutes or until it increase its size.
10. Brush eggwash on the top and bake for 15-20 minutes in 370 degrees F.
