When I cook, I don’t normally follows cook books.I love to experiment. I will just think of the taste that I would like to acquire in a dish.

And thankfully, it became a hit, most especially to my husband and my children.

Now, I will share to you my version of beef stew with chapati bread (Indian bread) instead of rice 🙂
