Homemade Burger Buns
A very essential component of a good burger is the bun, if the bread is flaky & crumbly it can destroy all the other elements, which is usually the case when you buy burger bread at your local stores but making them at home is easy & will make some world class burgers.

Ingredients
Makes 12 buns
For the tangzhong1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
3 tbsp refined flour
For the dough
3 & 3/4 cup Refined flour
2 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 whole eggs (if eggless use 1/2 cup milk)
1/4 cup water or milk
3 tbsp butter
Other ingredients
1/2 cup egg wash
Sesame seeds
3-4tbsp Melted butter (after baking)
Bake at 190°C for 20-25 mins
