CASSAVA FLOUR BREAD/KONKONTE FLOUR BREAD 🍞
Hi guys in today’s video I’m going to show you how to bake bread using cassava/ konkonte/ Yucca flour. This bread taste so good u’ll not believe it’s 🤩
Ingredients
* 6 large eggs
* 2 cups cassava flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt , sea salt or Kosher salt is fine
* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
* 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
* ½ cup olive oil or avocado oil or ghee oil
* ½ cup filtered water room temperature water
