Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.

Here’s what you need:

500 g flour
45 g sugar
10 g salt
20 g milk powder
3 1/2 tsp yeast
1 egg
260 ml cold water
60 g butter
butter & sugar (toppings)
