Home baking is not only relaxing and therapeutic but it also feeds our family with healthier baked goods. Here’s the recipe for for easy home baked BANANA BREAD :
Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp of sliced almond
2 tbsp of chocolate chips
Liquid ingredients:
1/2 cup butter( room temperature)
2 eggs beaten
3 bananas finely crushed ( for extreme moist and delicious try 4 pcs of banana)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees for 10minutes
Sift or mix together flour, salt and baking soda and set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar using hand mixer ( or you can mix it with a sifter or spatula). Then add the eggs and crushed bananas.
Mix together now the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients. And add the vanilla. Make sure NOT to over mixed it.
( when you see that dry ingredients are blended then it’s ready to bake).
Pour into the baking pan with parchment paper or greased with butter and floured it.
Bake it for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
This recipe makes 15 cupcake size.
