How to cook caramel bread pudding
Leche flan bread pudding
Ingredients :
3 cups bread
1/4 cup sugar
350 ml milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter
Mashed the bread I use this the left over bread. Then put in the blender together with the milk.. If you have food processor you can use to make the bread powderize.. After blended put in the bowl mix the other ingredients, sugar, eggs, and butter.. I add some food coloring this is just optional.. Then make caramelized sugar 5tbsp and 5 tbsp of water.. Put in the baking pan and pour the bread mixture.. Cover with aluminum foil. Steam it for 50 minutes or until it will cook in medium fire..
