Ingredients –

Milk – 500ml / ½ Ltr Full fat
Sugar – 100gm
Bread Slices – 5 no. (Edges Removed)
Eggs – 2 no
Vanilla Essence – 1 Ts
Green Cardamom Powder – 1ts
Saffron – few stands
Raisins / kishmish – 15 to 20 number.
Sugar for caramel – 2 Tbs

Method –

• In a deep bowl mix milk , sugar , broken bread slices & saffon keep soaking for 15 min.
• Sprinkle 2 Tbs sugar on Cooker Tin add 1 tbs of water and heat on medium flame to make golden caramel to coat the bottom of pan- Keep it aside
• Blend in mixer grinder 2 eggs and Milk, bread sugar mixture and form pudding batter
• Add cardon powder and Raisins to batter and pour in caramel lined cooker pan
• Place Rack in cooker and add water to bottom. place the Pudding pan carefully and close the lid.
• Remove whistle from cooker and stream for 20to 30 min on medium heat
• Check for doneness with toothpick.
• Remove and cool at room temperature for 30 min and in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours
• Enjoy.
