Today we cooked up some of our homegrown zucchini bread!
The recipe is listed below
6-8 Cups grated zucchini
6 Cups of AP Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
4 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoons Ginger
1/2 Teaspoons Nutmeg
1 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
4 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cup of Vegetable Oil
2 Cups of Any Nuts
Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 55 minutes.
Let cool and store for months or enjoy at your leisure.
