Gluten free, nut free Banana bread!
Recipe:
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 3 bananas
– 1/2 cup white sugar
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/2 cup butter
– sprinkle of cinnamon
– 1 &1/2 cup rice flour
– 2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 350F for 45-60 min
