This is a day in the life of baking sourdough bread, broken into short videos and consolidated. A few people were looking to understand the process. I use the Bake with Jack recipe for the starter and the loaf itself (very worth a read). I am not a sourdough expert but what I do comes out with a perfectly edible loaf that is easy to repeat.
