The Barefoot Baker
You will need a
Large bowl
A large oven safe pot with a lid
Non stick cooking Spray
3 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of Dry Active Yeast (red star or Fleischmann)
Salt (sea salt best)
1 1/2 cup of water
Spray your large bowl with nonstick cooking spray
add
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
1 1/2 cups of warm water
Spray your clean hands with cooking spray, Knead your dough
Respray your bowl &
Return your dough to it,
Cover with dish towel, I put a large rubber band around my bowl, to protect from ants.
& leave overnight.
Next morning🌞
Preheat your oven to 425* & Put your large pot with the lid on it in the oven to heat upfor 30 minutes
Spray your hands, and take your risen dough out of the bowl. Gently knead it, and shape it into a ball, it will rise again slightly.
30 minutes later remove your pot, spray and add dough with the lid on, let bread cook.
Then remove the lid.
Let bake 15 minutes more, let cool at least 10 minutes & EAT!
oh yeah… turn off the stove.
