You don’t need eggs or dairy to bake delicious treats. Whether you eliminate animal products for health purposes (dairy is awful for you) or for the animals (awhhh), you’ll find this recipe flawless. And you definitely wouldn’t know it was vegan unless I told you it was. So dont even go there….

3 medium overripe bananas
1/3 cup organic granulated sugar

1/3 cup canola oil (or your favorite baking oil)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
