Hey everyone, I hope you’re enjoying your 2 hours out the house during lock down – this weather is stunning!
After a day out in the garden and a lovely stroll around the reservoir, we thought it would be great to nosh on some banana bread for a sweet afternoon treat 🙂 Share your photos on my Facebook page if you have had a go at this recipe or have your own amazing variation!
Banana Bread –
250g Self Raising Flour
3 Ripe Bananas
125g Butter
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Apple Juice
2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
50g Pecans (optional)
Bake at 180C for about 30-40 mins, or until golden! Enjoy as is, or sliced, toasted, and coated with butter and honey! YUM!
