Hello everyone! Please note, there is a typo in the video. At 1:07 It says coconut oil, it should be coconut milk! Today we are making vegan banana nut bread! It’s absolutely delicious! Here is the recipe:
Vegan Banana Nut Bread:
Dry Ingredients
1 ½ cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch salt
Chopped walnuts
Wet Ingredients…
4 ripe bananas
1/4 cup coconut milk
¼ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash apple cider vinegar
Combine all the dry ingredients (except the walnuts) in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Grease a pan or put parchment paper in it. We recommend parchment paper. Pour in the batter and sprinkle more chopped walnuts on top. This step is optional. Bake at 350 F for about 50 minutes. Enjoy!
