Ingredients List:
1 ኩባይ ወተት —— 1 cup 2% milk or whole milk
1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ስኳር —— 1 tsp sugar
2 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርሾ —— 2 tsp dry active yeast
4 1/4 ኩባይ የዳቦ ዱቄት —— 4 1/4 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
1 የሻይ ማንኪያ ጨው —— 1 tsp salt
1 የሾርቢይ ማንኪያ ስኳር —— 1 tbsp sugar
4 እንቁላል —— 4 eggs
1 የሾርቢይ ማንኪያ ጨው የሌለው ቂቤ —— 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Bake the batter at 350° for 30 minutes.
