– : የዳቦ አሰራር // How to cook Ethiopian food
Ingredients:-
– : 11/2 cups all purpose flour ( 11/2 ኩባያ የፍርኖ ዱቄት)
– : 1/2 cup warm water ( 1/2 ኩባያ ሞቅ ያለ ውሀ)
– : 2 tbs oil ( 2 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ዘይት)
– : 1 tbs sugar (1 የሾርባ ማንኪያ ስካር)
– : 1/2 tsp salt ( 1/2 የሻይ ማንኪያ ጨው)
– : 1 tsp yeast ( 1 የሻይ ማንኪያ እርሾ)
– : Marmalade or Jam
– : ማርማራት
– : Black seed ( optional)
– : ጥቁር ቅመም
– : Cook on low heat for 40 minutes and flip it, cook another 20 minutes.
– : እሳቱን እስከመጨረሻው ቀንሰን ለ 40 ደቂቃ እናበስለው እና ገልብጠን ለ 20 ደቂቃ እናበስለዋለን።
