Bread ras malai is prepared from bread slices. Bread ras malai is an ideal dessert to satiate your craving for desserts. The video features the preparation of bread ras malai at home.

Milk 1/2 L
Sliced Almonds
Sliced pista
Chopped cashew nuts
Sugar 1/4 cup (60ml cup) or condensed milk
Bread 4 slices
Method of preparation
• Boil the milk on high flame.
• When the milk starts to boil, turn to low flame. Boil till the milk thickens a bit.
• Add sugar and half a portion of nuts.
• Add a pinch of saffron.
• After adding nuts stir properly. Nuts should cook well in the milk.
• Now milk has turned yellow. Boil for a few more minutes to get consistency. After that turn off the flame.
• Now the consistency of milk is correct. The yellow color of the milk is due to adding saffron.
• Add bread pieces after the mixture has cooled
• Pour the milk mixture after refrigerating. Then its consistency will be and also tasty.
• Pour the mixture over the bread slices at the time of serving.
• Garnish with nuts and saffron.
