Ingredients are,
1. Bread slice – 4
2. Cabbage – 1 1/2 Cup
3. Carrot – 1/2 Cup
4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tablespoon
5. Corn Flour – 3 Tablespoon
6. Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tablespoon
7. Pepper Powder – 2 Tablspoon
8. Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
9. Soya Sauce – 2 Tbsp
10. Green Chili Sauce – 1Tbsp
11. Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tbsp
12. Salt as required
To make Bread manchurian or bread chilli, we need to take 4 bread slice and grind it well in the mixer jar. Now, take one bowl and add the bread mix, 1 and half cups of cabbage, 1/2 cup of carrot, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and finally add 1 Tablespoon of Soya sauce. Now, mix it well. After that add 2 Tablespoon of Corn Flour to the mix and add some water and mix it gently. Now, our mix is ready. Apply some oil in your hand and take a small ball and shape it like square and adjust edges. Now, our bread Manchurian or bread chilli balls are ready for fry. Pour oil and fry all the balls until it turns golden brown. Now, take a pan and add 3 Tablespoon of oil. Then, add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 cup of onions, 1 green chili, 1/4 of capsicum and mix it well. In this stage, we can now add all sauces. Add 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of chili sauce, 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and mix it well. Then add 1 tsp of pepper powder and salt to it. We need the bread manchurian or bread chilli as semi gravy so add the corn flour mix with it and fry it. Finally, add all the fried bread balls in it and stir it well. That’s it. Our delicious bread manchurian is ready now. This bread manchurian or bread chilli is the best combination for fried rice, roti, chapati and rice also.
