This fun twist on the classic cinnamon rolls are so yummy!
If you also want to make these, I used the recipe below.
Cinnamon Roll Cookies:
Ingredients:
4 TBSP butter
1/3 cup flour
1 3gg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg yolk and the vanilla essence.
Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
Flatten out the dough into a rough square.
Brush on some beaten egg and sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar,
Roll up and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Cut into discs and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 10-12 minutes.
Icing:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 Tbsp milk
Directions:
Mix the icing sugar and milk until smooth.
