[Music]hello hello there friends and familywelcome once more in a novice kitchen ifyou’re new to this channel I’d like tosay a warm welcome to you and thank youso much for joining us today on the menuI have my powerhouse of a proteinpancake it’s going to be absolutelymind-blowing it’s delicious it’s lightits fluffy it’s everything you’d want ina protein pancake so stay tuned and keepwatching all the way to the end and youguys said Manabeyou need to start showing theingredients on the screen so I have doneexactly that you asked for it and Ilistened so let’s get started so here isa cup and a half of oatmeal peanut flourand then I have my wheat flour alsogoing in all protein-packed my bakingpowder then the cinnamon to give it anice little punch of spice and then mysalt disease now friends we’re going toblend all these ingredients together sowe have combined all of our dry nowlet’s talk about our wet so here at somebananas I use two of them and they’revery nicely ripened and here is anotherprotein packed ingredient which is ournon fat Greek yogurt and it’s going tobe so delicious with it very rich now Ihave some eggs I have five eggs and I’mgoing to crack them and separate thewhite from the yolk because the white iswhat we needso we’re going to use all five of theseegg whites and our batter and that’sgoing to be our leavening agent so it’llhelp the pancakes be nice and fluffy andalso rice so pour that in and then addsome milk and I have 2% milk it’s just avery small amount of it so help move theblades of my blender you can use waterbut the richer the better right yes ofcourse we are making a protein pancakeso we have to not skimp at all when itcomes to the protein ingredients sothere you have it now we have some moreingredients we’re done with ourcombining our wet in our dry and look atthat batter it’s nice and smooth theblender is amazing for this recipe nowwe’re going to throw some texture inhere because we don’t want it to beOneNote no not at all so I have some redor brown quinoa it’s been boiled so it’snice it has a texture but it also istender and then we also add ourblueberries of course we need ourvitamins and let’s not forget ourantioxidants in those blueberries andthey are super delicious and bring usthat sweetness now here are some pecanspecans are nuts that are so flavorfulthey’re battery they’re tender and theyhave a lot of protein in them so Idecided to throw that in there as wellto give it some crunch why not right soyou want to chop them up roughly and Iand then there are all the ingredientstogether so evenly combine them and yourbatter is ready to hit that grill nowfriends you see all the multitude oftextures happening in this batter andlet me tell you how luscious it is it isjust amazing you also try this recipe toreally understand what you mean I’musing avocado oil to cook this batterinto the perfect pancakes that arepacked with protein that you willabsolutely guaranteed to fall in lovewith so just try the recipereturn with your feedback you know Ilove to hear from you so scoop I boughtthree heaping tablespoons fall off thebatter onto your hot griddle and we’recooking on medium heat because we do notwant to hasten the cooking of thisbecause it’ll burn and not cooking inthe middle we wanted to slowly cook andcaramelize on each side and leave it ina center nice and fluffy light and stillmoist at the same time and the aroma[Music]that cinnamon combination with thatbanana is a match made in heaven they’rereally lovelyso very low yeah yeah I hope that youare pleasantly surprised with that briefmoment of singing so look at that’s howit’s using the juices and the sugarsfrom the various we use and of coursethere is a bit of caramelization thathappened on both sides and that justmakes it even precious to look atglorious yes it has take a look at thatthe measurement should yield you eightfairly sized protein-packed light fluffyabsolutely delicious luscious hand cakesthat you would be proud to serve to yourfamily and your friends and your lovedones look at it right here I don’t haveto say much now – and the aroma is sowarm and inviting and as far as thetextures go look at it for yourself yousee the quinoa peeking through and thecrunch from the pecans it’s just a verysurprising elements which I absolutelythink you should look into and friends Irecently throw it down royal familybreakfast style for my family and I willbe sharing that video with you prettysoon and hopeyou will be inspired to throw it downfor you and your family as well I thankyou all so much for your loving andsupport and your kindnessthose beautiful comments make it a greatday and have fun especially in thatkitchen
